Here’s how the Shape Program works:

1. We will start with a 15-minute consultation. In this consultation, we’ll talk about your health goals and how the SHAPE Program can help you reach them. If you decide this program is for you, I will send you the Shape start up package which includes a bottle of SHAPE Drops, a Program Guidebook and Urinalysis strips. The start up kit is $200.The start up cost covers the kit, initial visit and your first Check-in a week later. Each visit moving forward will be $25.00.

2. Upon receiving your package, we will meet or have a call to thoroughly explain the program. You’ll fill out a thorough health history and do a baseline urinalysis. Urinalysis is one way we track your progress on the SHAPE Program.

3. We will meet weekly either by phone, zoom or in person. At these visits, we talk about how you’re doing on the program, discuss your urinalysis (if it is time for that), and go over any question you have..

4. You can begin your program as soon as you are ready. Follow the program as outlined in your Program Guidebook along with any customized recommendations we have decided on according to your individual needs. Your Program Guidebook is your step-by-step guide on how to do the program.

5. You will have a urinalysis every two weeks so I can watch for important health markers as you progress through the program.

6. Watch your health and life change! We know how hard it can be to create healthy habits and maintain optimal health. With the SHAPE Program, you’ll learn new habits and because this program addresses the underlying cause of your symptoms, maintaining optimal health is possible!
